HIROL carries out strict quality control over the production of all of its integrated dental chairs. During the production process, we enforce all relevant requirements of our quality system management in order to eliminate and defects and deliver the highest possible quality chairs. We follow ISO1348 and EU SGS certificate standards. Also, we have combined ERP system management to more effectively complete dental chair installation, testing, and ultimately, delivery to customers.
1. Accessories:
We conduct full inspections, sampling inspections and batch inspections of our purchased accessories. Moreover, we strictly distinguish between test products, qualified products and defective products. We clearly identify and remove defective products that do not meet our requirements.
For example, our IQC department conducts a comprehensive air tightness test on the valve which is the most important part of the dental chair. We will also detect the color temperature, reflectivity and spot edge of the oral light. When testing the entire machine, a grounding resistance tester, leakage current tester and high-voltage tester are used for safety inspection.
2. Test after assembly:
After assembly, the product will enter the finished product testing area. In the inspection area, the inspectors will conduct tests on the power supply of the product and perform leak detection to ensure the product quality and safety.
